A li'l gift called life....

Got up in the morning today not feeling too cheerful,(some people call it a bad hair day).Well that's one thing I have everyday but that never dampens my spirits.It was quite a drag to get myself out of the cosy comfort of my bed but just about managed to.Drowsily poured the morning cuppa tea into two happily seated teacups and proceeded back to my sleepy bedroom.(bedtea-a habit that I have developed over the years and am not too willing to kick off)After having a silent session of morning tea with my better half,I half-heartedly started coaxing my 7yr-old to wake up and get into the rythm of the day.She almost sprung up from the bed to my utter surprise and announced that she was up long back and was waiting for me to give her the magic kiss to start her day right.Well that did the trick and the ball was set rolling to action and all of us got to our respective chores, celebrating our li'l gift of life which though appears boringly similar everyday but has something new in store for us always.Have a gud day!!

On a new trip!

This sure sounds exciting and is making me feel elated as I start on this new trip of my life.Came across it through a dear friend of mine who introduced me to this beautiful world of blogging.I am an absolute novice to this culture so let's just see how this turns out to be....
I have been watching my seven year old girl carrying her secret book with her always and scribbling interesting tid-bits of her life and reading them over 'n over again ,reliving those wonderful moments aneth number of times.I wonder how we stop celebrating the little pleasures of life as we grow up and get boringly busy in the humdrum of life.So I intend to indulge in those innocent childhood pleasures and jot down some daily dialogue with myself and have a beautiful collage of life's sweet 'n sour moments.Cheers to the start and hope to have a great time here.
